In your returns include your #Order Number, Name and Address and state your reason for return.

• We do not offer free returns. 
• The cost of returns is the customers.
• For an Exchange - the cost of sending the exchange will have to be paid.
• If FREE shipping was offered, it does not not apply to 'exchanges'

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. All goods are inspected on return.

Please be careful when trying products on, for example, ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant as this may leave marks on the product and we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us.

Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure its packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service as it is your responsibility until it arrives to Soot and Ty.

If you were sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement or the correct item to you once we receive the item and checked the faulty/incorrect item. We will send out a returns shipping label.

We do not offer refund or exchange whilst package is in transit back to Soot and Ty.
